  2. The LA Regional COVID-19 Recovery Fund is open to micro-entrepreneurs, small businesses, and non-profits located in Los Angeles County. See: https://www.lacovidfund.org/grants and https://lisc.tfaforms.net/125. NOTE: Personal Care / Retail Recovery Grant application is open until May2, 2021.
