    1. The City of Ventura’s website provides financial resources as well as local Ventura disaster relief options. See: https://www.cityofventura.ca.gov/1874/Financial-Resources.
    2. The Women’s Economic Ventures (WEV) provides start-up and expansion capital to small business that do not qualify for conventional bank financing. WEV’s loans are targeted to low- and moderate-income men, women, minorities, and others who have been traditionally underserved by lenders. See: www.wevonline.org.
