- The Microenterprise Business Grant Program is a United Way Inland Valleys project in partnership with the City of Riverside Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program that offers a one-time grant up to $7,500 to help assist Riverside small businesses with their needs during the local emergency. - The County of Riverside is addressing the adverse impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic by providing financial grant support in the amount of $2,500 to qualifying microbusinesses and entrepreneurs. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants will be notified within 14 business days from point of application submittal as to approval status. Awardees will receive funding once the County of Riverside receives funding from the California Office of the Small Business Advocate which is expected no later than early April 2022. - The County of Riverside and AmPac Business Capital are partnering to provide emergency and ongoing capital through the ReStart Small Business Loan program to help small businesses in Riverside County adapt and evolve in the age of COVID-19. Restart loans are available to eligible for-profit businesses that are located anywhere in the county, and loans may be given for $15,000 to $30,000.
