- Grow San Benito County Loan Fund. Administered by Access Plus Capital, the program provides quick accessible, small-sized loans ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 to small businesses affected by COVID-19 closures. - The County received approximately $80 thousand from the California Microbusiness COVID-19 Relief Program (MBCRG) to provide grants of $2,500 each to about 26 local microbusinesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Grants are available to businesses that have had less than five (5) employees in both 2019 and 2022 and less than $50,000 in total gross business revenue in 2019 (including sidewalk vendors and independent contractors).
