    1. On January 25, 2022, the Kern County Board of Supervisors approved a roughly $1.2 million grant from the California Office of the Small Business Advocate to provide relief to eligible Kern County small businesses that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible small businesses that can show a pandemic-related financial loss, and have not received funds from other state grant programs, may receive up to a $2,500 grant.     2. The City of Bakersfield has launched the ReSTART Loan-to-Grant Program (https://www.accesspluscapital.com/city-of-bakerfield-restart-loan-to-grant-program/), and the Bakersfield ReStart Grant Program Round 3 (https://www.accesspluscapital.com/bakersfield-grant-round-3), which aim to provide loans and grants to eligible small businesses operating in the City of Bakersfield that have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Apply today to the California Rebuilding Fund

А loan program to support California’s small businesses — especially those located in economically disadvantaged and historically under-banked areas of the state. Businesses who employed 50 or less full-time equivalent employees (FTEs) and had gross revenues of less than $2.5 million or below in 2019 are eligible to apply.
